Hello all, reporting in from Canada!

My reta journey began on June 20th with a dose of only 0.25 mg. The plan was to begin at a very low amount and observe my reaction, and the results at that level were surprisingly strong. Now I've worked my way up to 1 mg, and I'm honestly amazed at how well it's performing.

Body composition is my primary goal. I weighed about 210 lbs when I started, and I've since dropped to 190, all while keeping up with my training.

I'm still quite fresh to peptides, so I'm eager to pick up more knowledge and watch how things unfold!

Nice work! I'm planning to run Retatrutide for body composition too, so it's great to hear it's been giving you results

I was caught off guard by how well such a small dose performed... still, since results are showing, I'll stay at this level. Taking more than 2mg is something I simply can't wrap my head around.

That's incredible—30 lbs! Congrats, and hopefully retail continues to work wonders for you.

Initially I intended to take 2mg as my starting dose, but once I came across several posts where folks began with 1mg or even .5mg, I figured it was smarter to stick with the smaller amount for the time being.

After all, “Slow and steady wins the race” — and since nothing is forcing me to hit a certain goal by a certain date, there’s no rush whatsoever.

Welcome aboard! That’s already quite a notable shift, particularly since you’re still training. Beginning at a low dose and observing your own reaction seems like a wise way to go. Can’t wait to hear more about how things progress for you!
