I've been layering a Reta microdose on top of my Tirz... and I'm now considering whether to work in a small amount of an Amylin receptor pep (Cagrilintide or Eloralintide) as well. Has anyone here given this a go?

WoW! Yesterday I spent a couple of hours reading up on this very subject. My decision was to combine only Reta with Cagri, and Tirz with either AOD 9604 or Reta. It appears Tirz and AOD can pair up and hit all 3 receptors, in a way similar to Reta and Cagri. My concern is that Tirz plus Cagri would suppress digestion excessively and probably give me gastro problems. I'll go with Tirz and Reta, Tirz and AOD, or Reta and Cagri — but never 3 of these together in any combination.

There's still alot of weight for me to lose, and since Tirz has delivered great results with absolutely no side affects, I'll stick with Tirz. Right now my plan is Tirz and AOD. Should I hit a stall, I'll swap AOD out for a small boost by adding Reta to my Tirz dosing. As I get nearer to my goal weight, I ought to be able to gently transition to Reta and Cagri so appetite suppression stays in place during the switch. Switching now isn't worth raising my heart rate or coping with gastro issues, particularly when Tirz is working so well. Even so, I do picture Reta and Cagri as my future maintenance plan.

Yeah, that seems about right... reta, tirz and cagri together might be overkill, haha. I might simply follow your approach (microdoses included) and experiment with reta+cagri only.

Starting in February, my regimen has included Tirz, Reta and Cagri. Mondays I take 7mg Reta + 0.8mg Cagri, and Fridays I take 7mg Tirz + 0.8mg Cagri. The weight loss began once cagri was added.

I've got the pieces on hand, though I've only just begun stacking Reta with my Tirz. The next step would be Cagri, but not until I'm steady on the Tirz/reta combo

Been running tirz 15mg plus reta 6mg each week for roughly a year, and cagri 0.5mg weekly — so the amylin agonist dose is pretty small, since going higher triggers nausea for me. That said, cagri also acts on calcitonin, which means technically 5 at once.

A whole eloralintide section exists on this site, plus plenty of threads about that particular combination.

If someone adds cagri or elor on top of reta, that means all 4 are in play.

Reports in there have been pretty positive up to now.

Since last Tuesday, I've been putting 1mg of elora into my stack alongside 8mg tirz and 6mg reta. The plateau I've been stuck at for 5 weeks is what I'm trying to push past.

Right now my regimen is 15mg Tirz/6D plus 6mg Reta/6D plus 3mg Cagri/6D, and each of those sits on its own 2 day stagger.

My stomach is fine. Honestly, I think I could put away half a chicken at this moment and walk away with nothing worse than mild nausea. Compared with other people, my response to both Reta and Cagri looks pretty weak.

About 5 months back I went to the triple stack in order to get past a plateau — though plateau may be the wrong term, since it was likely just my body settling at homeostasis on the 10mg Tirz/6D I was running then, having dropped 18% of my weight, which came to 41lbs at that time. The triple stack began at 10mg Tirz/6D, 1mg Reta/6D, and .5 Cag/6D.

Since then I've shed an additional 17 lbs, putting me right at 60 lbs total. Now I've plateaued again, or hit a fresh equilibrium, at 26% weight lost.

The reason I began the triple stack was that bumping up the Tirz gave me Allodynia / Dysesthesia, along with a noticeable worsening of the tinnitus I already dealt with.

The skin pain and sensitivity plus the tinnitus are still present. Their intensity has come down a bit. I suppose I've simply gotten used to it. On that first day after I raised Tirz to 12, I did think for a moment about quitting peptides entirely. It was a lot to handle.

This week I went further and added Tesamorelin at 1mg too. That might be making things look like a stall, since from what I understand it can lead to water retention. I'll have to wait and see.

I haven't given elora a shot so far, though I'm in a group where a fair number of people are using it and they prefer it over cagri by a wide margin. I intend to pick some up and test it, but I'll probably stop Reta first so my GLP receptors can rest. From what I'm hearing, 2.5-3mg is a solid dose for hunger suppression without anhedonia, elevated heart rate, or GI distress.

Tir 4mg, Reta 2mg, plus 1mg Gag. Aiming to shed those final 10 lbs that won't budge. So far no issues, yet the scale isn't moving much. Appetite control is only slight right now.

Without question, this approach will be effective. Just make a few minor tweaks to your daily habits. It can also help you break through a plateau.

Every Thursday morning I inject 4 mg of Reta along with 1 mg of Cagri each week. This combination ended up helping me shed the final 5 kg I'd been chasing after I'd spent some time trying to come off Semaglutide.

Over the course of a few weeks I stepped Sema down while stepping Reta up, yet the appetite blunting I'd been after only really kicked in once Cagrilintide entered the picture. My body fat now sits at 14-15%, and while dropping another couple of percentage points would be nice, I figure serious resistance training is the only way I'll manage it.
