Hello from the UK! I'm 10 days into my reta journey now, and changes are beginning to show. My starting dose was 1mg, then I moved up to 2.5mg with the second pin. Apart from a bit of nausea, no problems at all, so that's good! Cravings are less tempting and I stay full for longer 🙂 looking...
