    INTRO Hello from belgium

    I weigh 79 kg at 170 cm. Right now I'm looking into ways to increase height and reduce body fat, among other things. So what I'm aiming for is more height and less weight (from 170cm up to 185cm, and from 79kg down to 70/60kg).
