Why don’t people reconstitute peps and throw them in the same vial?

I was checking out what I plan to run next, and it seems like I’d be doing a ton of injections every day. Is there any good reason to avoid picking up some sterile vials and combining BPC-157/TB500/KPV into one vial after reconstitution and filtering? The only downsides I can think of for “mixing” them would be if any of the compounds weren’t stable, like Tesa, or if overfill/underfill made dosing a pain, BUT in the end, if I injected XYZ amount of each, that theoretically shouldn’t matter. Sorry if this has been covered before, but I’ve searched for a few days and haven’t found any solid answers.

If you’re wondering, the next stack I’m planning is:

Tesamorelin

Ipamorelin

GHK-Cu

KPV

BPC-157

TB500

NAD+

And before anyone points out that most of that is basically KLOW, I know — I just have each one separately from hitting MOQs and stockpiling.

The call is yours. With no pH conflicts and nothing negative written about it online, I would mix them. That is how KLOW and the other blends came about. I ran DSIP, Selank and Epitalon together myself after reading up on each one.

One resource I rely on is https://thepeptidelist.com/interaction-checker. Beyond that, my physician — someone who writes peptide prescriptions professionally — sees no problem with combining them in a single syringe right before injecting, with the exception of a GLP-1. Ultimately it comes down to how much risk you're willing to accept, and the sensible approach is to start low and build up gradually. You can't predict whether a histamine reaction will occur. Out of hundreds of injections, I've experienced 2 that were very mild.
