USDC from Coinbase to Exodus. Now What?

I’ve already sorted it out. The payment to the vendor has been confirmed, and it’s currently in transit.

Contact Coinbase's support team. They bear responsibility for this situation, since "base" was pre-selected as the network and it wasn't obvious that a dropdown existed with other choices. It stands to reason that they ought to stand behind what they offer.

That turned out to be the issue. The network selection step slipped past me. After I sorted that out, everything worked
