Hello
50 for now, based in the UK. M.
Mounjaro has been my medication for 9 months now, with 16kg lost. Given the UK situation around prices, reta has entered the picture as I move from GMP towards grey.
At the moment both are run side by side at moderate doses, with reasonable success. Nothing crazy on the dosing - middle ground for each.
It appears to be working, and fat is still coming off.
Training is a big part of my week - kettlebells, cycling, plenty of walking - and a key target is rebuilding muscle lost to a decade of white collar, sedentary life.
Even with the GLP's in play, all that training leaves me pretty hungry, so roughly 2k calories go in daily, which as noted above means size keeps coming off even when weight does not.
Learning from others and staying ahead of the game is basically why I am here.
Grey looks like higher risk to me, and keeping my head ahead of any trending risks that blind continuation would hide is the point.
Reasonably up to speed on it, I would say, and the giving-back side of communities is something I enjoy too. Passing on what I already learnt to others is part of the appeal.
