21 months on MJ, 9 stone gone, and it's stopped working — I've got used to it and the food noise is back. A deficit is still maintained most of the time, but with the food noise it's sometimes difficult, and half a stone has crept back on in the last four months. Weight training at the gym 3 or 4 times a week, so research into reta is under way to maybe give me the boost MJ did in the beginning.
From what I've read so far, suppliers in the UK are limited, and there's obviously a fair bit of research to do before I order anyway. Getting stuck into some of the articles is something I'm looking forward to, so as much information as possible is gathered before a decision is made and the plunge taken. 6 15mg pens of MJ are still left, and with very long dates they could serve for maintenance, but a stone or so needs to shift first.
Alternatives have become the focus because of the price hikes in the UK, rather than taking MJ more frequently to get the last stone gone.
