Tirz has been my protocol for some time now, and it delivers results for me. My current dose is 2.5mg every 5 days, and I've kept a healthy weight after many years of being overweight.

Other members of my family are also on Tirz, but insurance is giving them a hard time. Compounding isn't cheap either, so for the past few months I've been reading here quietly to get a handle on things. I've picked up quite a bit and finally made an account. Right now I'm getting familiar with Crypto, Discord, Telegram, filtering, and so on. One question I'm digging into at the moment is whether Bitcoin by itself can do the job without stable coins. In my family, I'm the guinea pig. Fun times!

Hello. In your position I'd look at moving to Reta, since it edges out Tirz. Might be worth considering a gradual switch.

Compounded versions cost way too much! Honestly, even the vendors hawking it on the internet are charging close to 300% over cost! It's ridiculous! I haven't tried the bitcoin route yet. I simply don't have faith in it. For me, I'll only buy from a place that accepts PayPal, that way I can recover my funds if something goes wrong. Some folks have told me to start with a tiny order, but what's stopping them from shipping that small one just to earn my confidence and then rip me off when I place a bigger order? I'm not willing to risk my money that way.
