Tirzepatide: 12.5 mg weekly
The tirz is coming down as I transition to
Retatrutide: 2mg weekly
Tesamorelin: 2mg nightly over 14 weeks
Everything above this line is in use right now, and benefit is being seen from each of them. Everything else on the list is what I'm weighing up adding, these 3/4
SS-31, a 10mg kit, at 5mg daily for 3 weeks, then stop and move over to
Mots-C, a 20mg kit. 5mg taken 3x per week
GHK-CU, a 50mg kit. 3mg every day
KPV, a 10mg kit. .5 mg per day (chronic illness improvements are the hope here, but good info on dosing in this application was a little hard to track down)
On my chart there is PCOS/PMOS, fibromyalgia, HEDS, and a complex medical history with flare ups of a still undiagnosed chronic illness that have made me extremely sick for more than a year at a time. So my research is a bit complicated and I err on the side of caution and simplicity, but waiting on doctors to help is no longer something I can do, when what they usually do is throw medications at my problems that cause new problems. Weightlifting has happened as often as my body can tolerate over the past year. (A 5 days per week split, but 1-3 week breaks whenever I stop recovering) A very athletic background is there though.
Fat reduction plus health improvements for fertility goals are the headline aims for me. Feeling better, more energetic, and more capable come second. Some aesthetic goals come last. On the side effect front, tirzepatide and Tesa are both tolerated very well. From Reta, the heart rate increase hasn't felt the best, but seems fairly minimal in reality.
February is when I started, at 317 pounds. 281 is what I weigh now. About 180 is the goal weight, at 5'10 as a muscular woman in my late twenties.
Anything you can tell me about personal experiences with these peptides in combination, or generally with any one of them, from someone whose medical situation resembles mine - that's what I'm hoping to hear. Feedback is welcome too if any of the dosing looks incorrect for the application.
Curiosity is there because these were recommended to me, yet evidence that actually applies to my situation is something I haven't found a lot of yet
Ipamorelin 300mcg daily (possibly a beneficial addition to tesa, given that it raises HGH via ghrelin rather than via GHRH the way Tesa does)
Epithalon 10mg nightly, on a 20 day cycle, aimed at sleep
Eloralintide (in the mix only if extra appetite suppression becomes necessary after many months on GLPs)
