Alright, I just finished watching this video, and a few thoughts popped into my head.

●Mama Cass faced horrible treatment because of her weight. Even so, she was a fighter and refused to let it break her.

●The intense diets she followed might have played a part in her death at such a young age

●If she were around today, I would absolutely tell her about how miraculous GLP1s are.
