Hey Gurus,

I'm thinking about adding Tesa to my stacks, and I'd appreciate some feedback on these Points:

  1. For a 10mg Vial, should I reconstitute with 1Ml of Bac Water?
  2. What dosages should I be taking?
  3. What's the best time of day to take it?
Right now I'm on 2.5MG of reta, 10Mg of KLOW + looking to start ss31 before Mots C.

Thanks all

Using SS31 ahead of mots-c works well. It can support what MC delivers.

As for Tesa, that’s what I’m running too. Nearly 90 days now, following a 5x2 protocol: 2mg each night right before sleeping, with a 3-hour fast beforehand. It’s been excellent! My first attempt was Cjc/ipa, but it brought side effects, so I moved over to tesa after 1 month. Sleep quality, recovery, energy, and muscle tone have all improved.

That said, if you’re under 40, hgh secretagogues likely won’t make much difference.

My consistent advice is to get bloodwork done prior to starting so you can verify igf-1 levels.

Wishing you success on your peptide journey

Got the full blood panel drawn, just waiting on the results mate. Yeah, I've been hearing the same thing about SS31 ahead of Mots C

What was your SS31 dosing mate, if you don't mind me asking?

Honestly can't wait to get going with Tesa. I'm 38 these days, so I'm hoping I've got everything lined up properly. Diet and training are dialled in, dropped a decent chunk of weight and leaning out nicely now, so anything in the peptide world that helps, I'm up for trying.

Planning to keep Reta going for another 6 months I reckon. Staying put at the current amount for the time being since it's handling the food noise without any sides, so there's no reason to push it higher when it isn't needed.

KLow is something I added not long ago, mostly to deal with a few niggles. Haven't seen much on the skin side yet, possibly slightly less bloated, though I reckon that's down to the KPV?

Cheers for the reply, and any other input is more than welcome, thanks

My dose was 5mg per day, and I kept to the 5x2 protocol. That lasted 60 days. After that I moved over to MC, taking 2mg each morning while fasted ahead of training. Alongside that, I use Ghk plus a low dose of Bpc, injected separately.

Your approach seems well thought out.

Then let's have faith in the process, and thanks once more for your input, mate

If you're running Tesa/IPA, could you share your igf1 and score before starting Tesa versus after? I placed my Tesa order before getting bloodwork done. The results just came back: igf-1 at 363 with a z score of 1.9. Now I'm hesitant to start because my igf1 will likely climb past 400. What igf numbers did the rest of you see while on Tesa?

Nope, tesa isn't necessary for you.

made a mistake — the real figure is 323. Still, I wondered whether anyone has driven their igf past 400+ for a single cycle, and how that turned out for fat loss.

It doesn't make sense to compare IGF1 readings between individuals, because baseline values differ according to both age and sex. A z-score is the better metric to rely on. A z-score below +2 is regarded as safe. If you go above that +2 mark, the risk profile grows, and how much it grows depends on the length of time your IGF1 remains high: Left Ventricular Hypertrophy, hypertension, insulin resistance, cancer risk, etc

TESA is brand new for me - day one. Right now it is .5 mg 39392. That runs for 2 weeks, after which I titrate to 1 mg on the same schedule.

I used Tesa alone, without IPA. My initial dose was 1mg daily, and after 1 month I increased to 1.5mg. By around week 10 or 11, I raised it to 2mgs.

On January 15th, my baseline IGF-1 was 165 with a z-score of .1. I had my labs done again on March 16th. My IGF-1 had risen to 401, with a z-score of 2.5.

I went back to 1mg per day right away, taking it 2-3 hours after dinner. I'll get tested again in June to check my IGF levels.
