Is it typical for a person's tg to

vanish? They had posted about it on this forum, but I was wondering what might lead to that, and it occurred just when I was getting ready to place my first order, so now I'm uncertain. On top of that, communication has been somewhat unreliable.

I sent them 1 dollar in crypto just to verify I had done everything correctly before risking a larger sum, and after 2 days with no response, they're now asking for the hash number to check whether it went through

It happens constantly that TG accounts are taken down — on its own, that doesn't mean the vendor is shady. Still, when you're unsure and stressed about the messages, or something simply feels off, the smarter move is to back out.

@Abrakebabra is right.

Requesting the hashtag tied to a payment is nothing unusual. Keep in mind that your payment goes out anonymously, so they need a way to connect it on their side. Using the hashtag to do that is far simpler and more straightforward than trying to line up the first and last characters of a wallet ID.

I get it now — the whole crypto side is something I'm still getting familiar with, so I wasn't sure about it before.

On top of that, there are some excellent vendors you can locate.

That's completely reasonable. Not having the answer is fine. I'm clueless about plenty of things too.
