Switching suppliers

I know you're talking grey, but just a side note: I have a good supply of compounded tirz I'm still working my way through, 2 different pharmacies and I always been firmly in the Tirz is Tirz school of thinking, no real difference between pharmacies. I've been stalled on one pharm's, so I just pulled a vial from the other - wowsa. Night and day difference, noticeable immediately and even after my second week with it. Struggling to eat much of anything on the same dose, and losing quite well again.

On grey, as lots have mentioned there seems to be primarily x# of actual suppliers, sending the basics to various vendors, but something as little as Vendor A always overfilling vials by 10% and Vendor B always underfilling slightly can impact how that vial works for us, assuming you recon them alike, "as if" they are the stated mg.
 
As a matter of fact, I was just wondering if anyone else had this experience. Apparently I'm not alone.

I was on 8mg tirz (not reta) from vendor "A" and finished my vial. Switched to vendor "B", huge difference! Much stronger appetite suppression and some mild GI sides (never had that on vendor "A"). My guess is underfilled vs overfilled vials. I'm much happier overall with the efficacy of "Mr B's"

No, unfortunately I got those vials before I even heard of testing. The first one was from a pharmacy in Mexico. Second was from a vendor in the states that I've used a few times. Live and learn
