Morning injections for me are BPC-157, TB500 and GHK-cu, then a second BPC-157 dose right before I go to sleep. Somehow, this stack makes my strength climb. Initially I didn't connect the gains to this stack, yet after running the combo several times, the weight simply moves more easily. I haven't come across any medical publications that examine this, but so far it is the only variable in and out of my routine that lines up with the gains and drops when I'm on and off the stack. Whether it's 1, 2, or all 3 peptides doing the work, I can't say, but strength always rises once I'm 3-4 weeks into a 12 week program. Has anyone else got insight or experience with the same correlation?

Is it possible that these compounds are boosting your recovery in between training sessions while you're on cycle compared to when you're off? Perhaps your sleep quality is improved while using them versus when you're not. Those are just the initial thoughts that came to mind as I read through what you shared.

I had the same idea.

BPC/TB4 gave me a comparable effect, and I put it down to how quickly I bounce back. A nagging injury used to leave my muscles sore enough that even a light bench press session needed 3-4 days before I felt recovered. Afterward that shrank to roughly 24hrs, and on both heavier and modest sets I was more or less okay within 12-18hrs.

A low dose of CJC/Ipa was then added on top of the BPC/TB4, and my left shoulder now feels the way it did more than 10 years back. Because training became comfortable, my strength climbed a lot. Starting from fall of 2024, with no real resistance training background before that, I am now in my early 40s and finally working my way into the 250lb range on bench press.

BPC-157: 500mcg, 2x per day

TB500: 500mcg, 1x per day

GHK-cu: 2mgs, 1x per day

Cycle length: 12 weeks
What advantages come from taking BPC 2 times per day?

The half-life isn't long, so when it comes to repairing an injury, other test rats who've gotten good results suggest doing it 2 times. My tennis elbow has improved a lot following 4 weeks on my protocol. If you see it differently, I'm always open to hearing that.

I'm interested in how you handle tennis elbow — do you go with local sub Q or IM shots, or do you stick to the usual stomach injections and similar spots?

For BPC-157, I inject sub q near the injured area; TB500 and GHK-cu go sub q into the stomach.

Last August I had a shoulder replacement. Across that period I ran 2 cycles, each 8 weeks on followed by 4 weeks off, and all 3 peptides were pinned sub q into the shoulder itself. To do that I had to pinch shoulder skin to grab the fat, and my wife handled the injections, which worked out very well. Compared with the recovery schedule my physical therapist had set, I have progressed faster, and when I look at the scar it appears really good next to the ones from my hernia and lower back surgeries, both of which were prior procedures.

Appreciate you laying that out!

With your bpc shoulder shots, how frequently do you switch up the injection spots? My bench has been stuck because of shoulder impingement. I'm just 3 weeks into a bpc + cjc/ipa run, and with 4 shots daily, moving sites around is a real pain. The Peppedia tracker keeps flashing red rotate site warnings at me. I only inject bpc close to my shoulder maybe a few days each week.

I'm placing an order for KLOW as we speak, specifically to help with this. My goal is to bounce back quicker in between lifting days, and ideally that translates into moving up in weight sooner. There's no actual injury I'm dealing with at the moment — I'm simply running it as an experiment.

Once a few months have passed, I'll start a thread and share the results with everyone.

There is no proof that injecting near an injury gives you anything extra, so pick whatever spot is easiest.

Where you pin is somewhat bro science

Placebo can really do a lot.

But on a more serious note: assuming that combination is actually producing results, my guess would be that your training sits right at the limit of what you can bounce back from. In other words, when you are not using it you are slightly overreaching, and when you are using it your volume falls within what you can recover from.

I inject close to the injury, even when that spot is near where I last pinned. I rotate in a clockwise pattern and log each spot so there is nothing haphazard about it. One more trick I use: I squeeze the skin at the chosen spot, then take the alcohol pad, push it straight down onto the injection site, and make small circles once the shot is done, which helps the peptide spread from the puncture point into the surrounding area. My primary doctor also told me to do this for my TRT injections.

After pinning BPC, I've noticed that doing certain physiotherapy movements for the injured joint seems to boost the healing results. I just experienced this today with my left shoulder.
