Hello everybody,
New here. 40 year old male, 88kg at the moment. An old knee injury has been with me for years, which makes heavy training and consistent cardio pretty difficult, so dropping fat over the last few years has been a struggle.
Three weeks ago I began Retatrutide + Tesamorelin (Reta + Tesa). Daily LIPO-C injections were added just this week. 7kg has come off so far, which I am very happy with given it has only been 3 weeks.
This stack is mostly for fat loss, while trying to preserve as much muscle as possible. My hope is that the Tesamorelin helps with visceral fat and overall body composition. With the knee injury, high-impact work is off the table, so I lean heavily on the peptides + diet.
Hearing from others running similar stacks (especially Reta + Tesa combos), or anyone who has dealt with knee issues while on these peptides, would be great. Any tips on side effect management, dosing schedule, or things I should watch out for would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
