Seeking guidance on stacking options

What made your cagri experience unpleasant?

I'm curious whether cagrisema could work well as something to add on top of a weekly microdose of tirz or reta.... my food noise has come roaring back, and I take a tirz microdose on Sunday plus reta on Thursday. (I don't mean to hijack the OP's question, but I figure it fits here too).
Both cagril and sema have worked well as ways to bring food noise down (in some reports it dropped all the way to zero)...and they may also help push through stalls...I have both of them on hand, and even though I never ended up needing them, it was reassuring to know they were there if the situation called for it...good luck... 👍

What I felt was similar to having eaten something that didn't sit right, and it stuck around for over a day once I'd injected. On top of that, I had fatigue that hung on for a couple of days.

Things eased up after a few days, but as soon as the next pin came around, it returned.

To be completely honest, I did drop a good amount of weight during that month.

Alright, I appreciate the reply. It helps to have some idea of what might come up so I can prepare for it.

Sema isn't something I've tried before. Based on what I've come across, its side effects seem harsher compared to Tirz.

Also, combining it with Tirz—would that be excessive?
I've been using sema for more than 4 years. Once I moved over to tirz, the food noise returned, so I ran both. Then when I moved to reta, my inflammation flared up again. So even though it might be unusual, I use all 3... just not simultaneously.

4.5 mg reta - Sunday

5mg tirz - Friday

1.25mg sema - Wednesday

I've kept my weight stable and feel SO much better.

So this is the stack you use for maintenance?

It's possible the mood-related effects you noticed after raising your tirz dose had nothing to do with the medication and were simply a coincidence — the increase was quite small, and I'm not at all trying to dismiss what you went through, only pointing out that a repeat attempt might not produce the same reaction, though anticipating the same outcome would probably make it more likely to happen. Splitting the dose is something else worth trying; for me it's been quite effective at cutting down side effects that come from the sharp peaks in blood levels following bigger, less frequent injections.

If handling tirz at higher doses is an issue, another route is to combine cagri or elora with a lower tirz dose, and that could be especially pertinent in your case since you're aiming to shed a fairly large percentage of body weight — right now at 85kg, having dropped 18kg from a starting weight of 103kg, with a goal of losing 36 kg, 36/103 works out to roughly 35%, which is a great deal to ask of even full-dose tirz or reta, since average loss over somewhat more than a year at maximum standard doses sits around 25 to 30%, meaning elora or cagri may well become necessary down the line to reach such a low target. The tirz plus elora study's very early findings looked rather impressive, showing 30% loss at 6 months from tirz 15mg combined with elora 9mg.
What titration approach did the study use for Tirz? Under the older dosing schedules, reaching the 15mg dose would take 6 months. Does that 30% weight loss figure cover the standard titration phase? That is 2.5mg, 5mg, 7.5mg, 10mg, 12.5mg, and 15mg, each run for four weeks?

Midweek I introduced 1mg elora on top of my 6mg reta. The appetite suppression comes across as "smooth/clean," and there are zero sides. I can't really put it into words any differently. Maybe, as I mentioned earlier in the thread above, it showed up as an extra lack of interest in eating, without any extra "ugghh I can't even look at food" kind of sensation.

I never went past 5mg of triz, but 3 days afterward I introduced 1mg of Reta, and that appeared to carry me through the week. My body tolerated triz better than Reta, so I kept the triz at 5mg and then 3 days later added the 1mg of triz — that combination is what works like magic for me!
