Hey everyone, does anyone have advice on the optimal way to combine these 2? For example, dosage and when to take them. I'd really like to know what has been effective for other people !!
 
I'd suggest using the search feature and doing some reading. There are plenty of posts on this topic. A pattern does appear to be taking a higher therapeutic dose of Retatrutide, then a smaller amount of Semaglutide a few days afterward. Since everyone's sensitivity varies, begin with a low dose, remain at that level for a month or longer at a time, and proceed cautiously. If you decide to try it.
 
I gave the search function a go, but I couldn't find what I was after. I figured I'd just come out and ask directly, so I don't end up with wrong info, and I'm being upfront about it. Still, thanks for the suggestion 🙂
