Just wanted to share a possible thing I discovered. I was funding my PP account with a Personal Account Debit card (for purchasing PYUSD) as Primary Funding source. The backup was an old business account I was not using much of. First round of purchasing went smooth. About a week later I went to purchase more PYUSD and before I went to purchase, I removed the backup funding Business Debit Card. Then when I went to purchase the crypto I got a message saying that my Personal account Debit card was not able to complete the purchase. I added back the Business acc debit card, And after that charging on my Personal Debit worked again. To note there isn't an available balance in the old business account. Like 5 bucks.

That's super odd. To play devils advocate, correlation doesn't equal causation. Maybe PP just had an error or your card network blocked the first transaction for any number of arbitrary reasons. Remove the business card and try it again. If it doesn't work again you'll know it is definitely tied to having multiple cards on the account, maybe some sort of redundant safety mechanism to buy PPUSD or something.
