Thanks! My weight has been going up and down nonstop due to an unhealthy bond with food. From covid until now, the longest I have managed to stick with anything is 2 months of diet and workout only; whenever I slip, my relationship with food spirals. So my hope is that reta will remove the cravings and stop me from worrying about eating things I should not have that day.
