Oopsie! Damaged vial (with pic)

Similar story except no padding in the least. Just one of those thin grey plastic shipping bags. No response yet to message saying it arrived broken.

C’est le gris.

Name and shame the poor shipping and packing 😂 😂 😂 , although once someone places a package with a common carrier one can only imagine the abuse it receives.
