40/M, and my pep journey has only just begun — reading up and learning has turned into a proper rabbit hole. 3 weeks in is where I am, and results from the current stack are only just being felt and seen. Gaining knowledge and sharing my long term results as I tweak and modify the journey, with this community's help, is what I can't wait for.
