Hey there! Just signed up not long ago. Before getting pregnant last November, I dropped 60 pounds while on tirzepatide. As soon as I learned I was expecting, I stopped the medication abruptly and ended up regaining a huge amount. Now I'm aiming to shed roughly 40 pounds again. I'm considering Reta along with Cagrlinitide.

If you have any advice, pointers, or anything you'd share with someone just starting out, please pass it along. At the moment I'm taking 10mg of tirzepatide. Should I begin Reta at 1mg?
