Hey everyone,
I've been dealing with type 2 diabetes for more than 30 years, and my control has always been terrible. Ozempic was supposed to be the "magic" answer, but after taking it for over a year (whenever I could actually get my hands on it), it made no difference for me. A friend pointed me toward this forum, and I gave Tirz a try, just a small amount to test the waters. Honestly, for the first time in over 30 years, I feel hopeful about what's ahead. This community is fantastic!!
It's been 5 weeks. I began at 124kg and I'm now at 116kg, without doing much beyond resisting cravings that aren't even there anymore!!!
