Down about 20kg thanks to MJ, but the cost has now pushed it out of reach for me. So I've made the change to reta, and I'm only at the beginning of that road, which means the dose I'm on right now is quite low. Fingers crossed reta keeps things going and the scale keeps heading the right way.
I'm here hoping for some support and advice, and several people told me this forum is the place to be. Can't wait to chat and hear what everyone has to say!
