Was your shipment handled by dragonfly? According to my tracking info, the package hasn't left the vendor yet, even though they claimed to have sent it 5 days ago.
 
If your tracking number is from DragonFly, you’ll need to wait it out - they move a bit slowly.

Once the vendor hands over the DF number, all you’ll see is 'tendered for delivery' right up until it reaches Canada. This isn’t FEDEX!

Aftership works well for tracking DF shipments.

Then it will go through Customs. My last order showed it was in at the Jamaica, NY post office for NINE DAYS, except it really wasn't, it was waiting on Customs to waive it through. Then tracking updated when it really was at the post office and it continued on it's way. After you go through this a few times, you learn to read the tea leaves (no pun intended). I use several different tracking sites to see what the actual status is, in addition to USPS:

Man, it’s been 13 days stuck in Jamaica NY. Amazon’s next-day stuff has completely spoiled me 😩
