Hi everyone! A bit about me: working out is something I genuinely enjoy, and through my 30s and 40s my weight was never an issue. Then I hit 50, and over roughly the last year, my body stopped responding the way it always had. Everything I used to rely on — plenty of protein, a high daily step count, lifting a few times per week, IF — has stopped delivering results. So annoying!

My Tirz dose needs to go up, but the cost is out of reach...one thing led to another and now I'm here! Can't wait to learn more. 🙂

Hey there — count me in the same boat. Once I hit my 50s, everything shifted, and the routines I'd always relied on stopped doing the trick all of a sudden. For a stretch I was using compounded meds, and the reason I eventually stopped was exactly what you brought up: I needed to keep costs down. . . . . That's the same path that led me to groups like this one.

From what you describe, you've already put in the work with exercise and daily routines, so it makes complete sense to want something that finally gets you somewhere.

Once your dose is dialed in, what piece of this next chapter are you hoping will feel different?

Same here, 54, and the same old methods aren't cutting it anymore. Reta took care of a problem that wouldn't budge, and fast. When you're this age, what's the harm in giving a new approach a shot?
