Hi everyone,

I just found this forum and I'm hoping it can help me sort through a lot of the questions I've been carrying around.

A bit about me: 50 years old, male, based in California.

Right now my weekly protocol is 4mg Reta plus 0.25 Cag. I've been running Reta for roughly 4 months and I'm down about 45Lbs, which took me from 250+ to somewhere around 205. I cut my calories way back and I'm trying to get to the gym at least 2x a week.

What I'd like to do next is bring in Klow, Mots-c and likely Tesa too, but I could really use some guidance on that.

On top of that, I'm very interested in lowering my costs, so I'd love to hear how you all go about picking who to trust, how testing gets done, and so on.

Any advice on losing weight, building muscle, and just generally shedding this blubberbody would mean a lot to me!

Looking forward to getting the information and direction I need from this place.

KLOW, or the individual peptides that make it up, would be my starting point — though non-GLP peptides have left me underwhelmed.

As for MOTS-c and tesa, I'd hold off until the allergic reaction risks are clearer to you. And before you think about GH peptides such as tesa, get IGF-1 tested; they tend to help most in people whose results come back below normal.

Just keep reading. Buying more reta is one way to hold costs down. Plenty of folks on here sink a lot of money into peptides that aren't proven, so from a money standpoint they'd have been no worse off staying with mail-order, name-brand Zepbound — and no worse healthwise either.
