Hi everyone, I've just joined this forum. I'm a 40-year-old woman dealing with prediabetes and poor sleep patterns. After 6 months of research, I'm really happy with the improvements I've noticed. I can't wait to dig deeper and gather all the knowledge I can to enhance my health and wellness. Eager to continue learning.
