Thrilled to be part of this community and to share my experience! I'm 23 years old and began Reta just last night. The food noise vanished almost right away, which is wild! After doing a bit of research, I started with 1mg and haven't experienced any significant side effects so far. I did feel mild nausea roughly 1-1.5 hours after the pin, but once I had some electrolytes, it went away!

Looking forward to continuing to share my journey as I gradually raise my dosage!
 
Welcome aboard. I used mounjaro in the past, then switched over to tirz after the UK price hike, and at this point I've got a Reta kit waiting that I'll begin right when my final tirz dose runs out.
