Hello đź‘‹

For roughly 6 months I've been getting tirz through telehealth. My dose was increased step by step until 15mg, and I've dropped around 40 lb. At the start I was 260lb and 5'11", so now I'm at 220lb.

Progress has been stuck for 2 months at this point. Strength training at the gym is something I've only just begun; before that, the sole activity I did was fencing once a week, which I've kept up for 20 years, so really it's just my legs that have muscle lol

The meds I'm prescribed right now should run out around mid August. I'm thinking about making the jump to Reta, but it makes me anxious. There's so much info floating around that it feels overwhelming, and the idea of ending up with a bad batch worries me, so up to now I've only been reading quietly. When the time comes to either refill my tirz script or go the grey market route, I'll see where my head is at.

If anyone here has gone through something similar, I'd welcome hearing what choices you made along the way.

Reta is something we could praise endlessly, but ultimately your body and your choice are what matter. Before I took my initial Reta injection, I spent 3 months reviewing various details. Additionally, should you begin Reta, think about taking roughly a 4 week pause from Tirz. This is just a small measure to let your body and receptors have time to adapt. My first Reta vial came from a light gray source that performed complete testing. Since I've been using peps for quite a while now, I explored the full gray market. It's certainly less expensive, though testing is less comprehensive (only the bare minimum).
