hi there! I'm a newcomer considering retatrutide or tirzepatide. I keep going back and forth between getting zepbound and giving retatrutide a shot. Thanks!

Reta is meta.

Reta has worked really well for me, and once it hits the general market, my guess is it will completely shake up the whole industry.

Glad to have you here — enjoy your stay and welcome to the forum!

Lately on X, have you noticed all the backlash from folks reporting side effects? Only 1 week back, reta had universal praise, and today the sentiment has flipped completely against it.

No matter which compound you use, sides are going to show up.

Mine, though, have stayed pretty mild.

Tirz has worked really well for me! I'm on compounded right now, though I've been considering switching to the gray market. As someone new to this, compounded is way simpler to obtain and it gives you a stronger sense of security. Appetite control was my biggest hurdle - counting calories wasn't the issue (I had a food scale and used the Lose It app), but resisting food noise was. Tirz silenced that food noise. For about 2-3 weeks I felt more tired, yet since then I've gained a lot of strength while dropping roughly 10-14% of my starting weight. I'm at maintenance now and still on the lowest dose!
