Hey everyone,

Reta has been part of my routine, and for the last month or so I've also been experimenting with several other peptides.

In only 5 weeks I've gone from 124.5 kg down to roughly 14 kg lighter. Lunch and dinner are still on my plate, though the portions are now what you'd call normal, and I'm sticking to healthy choices like meat and veg. Carbs haven't been cut out either, just scaled back quite a bit.

Cravings for junk food are basically gone, and I'm getting a real sense of what my body actually requires.

The gym isn't somewhere I go, but my job keeps me on my feet and moving all day.

Hello! Good to hear Reta is treating you well. Carry on with the good work and look after yourself, and do let yourself have a cheat day for some tasty food lol.

How did you go about picking a vendor? I know asking for a source isn’t allowed here, so that’s not what I mean — I’m curious about the process you used.

Since I’m new, I’m working out my own way of thinking through vendor selection.

Testing your own batch would be ideal, but for most of us the cost is too high.

At the moment my approach is to locate a group testing group or forum, see which vendors come up most often with 3rd party testing, and then assume that if they have a recent record of good tests, that record would carry over to whatever batch I might receive.

Still, this is the internet, so even those “3rd-party” tests might be fake. Unless we personally send our own vials off for testing, everyone is taking a leap of faith at some point.

I’ve spent a lot of time digging through reviews on these forums and Reddit. Plenty of vendors claim to be direct, but they’re really just resellers.

I sent some RT30 off for testing here in Australia. The result was 99.6%, yet after reconstitution there were floaters. I went through several methods and tried different bacteriostatic water, but nothing worked. They’re a vendor on here, and once I got in touch, they said they’d swap out both kits.

My advice would be to begin by looking up the vendors on here. It doesn’t take long before you can work out which ones are the most popular and have a solid reputation
