I'm a 30 year old guy who wants something different for myself. Roughly 2 years back I had vsg surgery, and it gave my weight loss journey a real boost, but this year the weight has started coming back on. Reading about the results other users on here have had with their weight loss has convinced me. Now I want to learn as much as I can and get started on my next phase.
