Hello everyone, I'm a newcomer to this forum, though peptides are familiar territory for me. My journey began with Tirz for a 2-month period, then I moved to Reta, which I've now used for 11 months. During that stretch I've shed roughly 60lbs and gained muscle along the way. Starting weight was 228, and I'm now at 165 while standing 6'1".

What I'm hoping for is advice on additional peptides to incorporate into my current regimen. The two things I care about most are firming up some sagging skin and, if possible, fading some older acne scars. Right now I'm thinking about GHKCU or GLOW/KLOW because of their healing properties (I tweaked my shoulder not long ago), and perhaps Tesa to help with muscle growth. Any input would be appreciated.

For anyone curious about how I dosed my GLP:

Tirz started at 2.5mg for 4 weeks, and that amount suited me fine. At week 5 I moved up to 5mg, and for about 4 days I was hit with severe fatigue and sleepiness, hardly able to leave my bed, plus no appetite at all. I brought it back down to 4mg, which worked okay, with only slightly increased drowsiness and heartburn as side effects. I remained at 4mg until I switched to Reta.

After stopping Tirz completely, I began Reta at 2mg for 1 month. I felt wonderful, but the hunger suppression wasn't as powerful as Tirz had been. So following that first month, I raised the dose by 1mg each month until reaching 6mg. Once I got to 5mg and higher, I became very tired and experienced anhedonia, but I chose to push through in hopes it would improve, and it didn't. Eventually I gave up and went back down to 4mg, holding there until month 8. Around then I came across information about the Glucagon receptor not kicking in until roughly 8mg, so I began testing higher doses, which didn't go well. I jumped from 4mg directly to 6mg and felt somewhat sluggish but otherwise okay, then tried 7mg the very next week and spent the initial 2 days post-injection mostly asleep. So I returned to 4.5mg, then 4mg through month 10, when I reached my target weight. This past month I've dropped to 3mg and intend to taper to 2mg, keeping that as a maintenance dose.

If loose skin is your concern, klow could be worth trying. You'd stack it with vitamin C, glycine, NAC, methylation support such as TMG, plus a quality methylated B vitamin containing R5P and P5P, and fish oil. Activate all of that topically with niacinamide, and work collagen supplements into the routine as well...

Beyond that, look into professional microneedling and radiofrequency treatments, or teach yourself to do it at home using red light therapy too (just research it properly first, since the majority of rl products out there are scams).

And of course, congratulations. 165 at 6'1", what a stud. My starting weight was 236. I'm not expecting to get loose skin since I'm only 27 but you never know.

Obviously if you have a whole shitload of loose skin you should probably just save for a tummy tuck. Hopefully others post with better advice

Edit: Here's another post for you
