Hey everyone

Back in May 2025 I finally went ahead with TRT. At first the clinic handled my injections, 1 per week. Later that year I happened to catch a conversation about reta — that was the 1st time I'd ever come across it. Since I don't use social media, plenty of stuff flies right past me. After looking into it a bit, I figured I'd give it a shot. Roughly 6 weeks in and things are looking good.

Then I may have gone a little overboard — picked up around 10 different peptides over the past few weeks. The experimenting phase is now in full swing.

No tail yet. I'll check back in a few weeks.

I've never really been into running, whether on a treadmill or outdoors. That said, I've been lifting at the gym since age 16.

About 2 weeks back, I began a mitochondrial stack. Honestly, I felt drowsier throughout the day and began doubting whether the compounds were doing anything. Today at the gym, my usual routine is 30 minutes on an inclined treadmill until I burn 100 calories. Time was tight, so I opted to sprint instead. I was amazed—I was sprinting at 9.1 on the treadmill with barely any tiredness. This has never occurred for me before, not even when I was losing weight. I believe the stack is effective.

For those of you researching, do you track any quantitative indicators of progress (other than the clear ones for reta)?
