I've used tirzepatide at 5mg before. Now I'm joining to keep looking into retatrutide and plan to change over to it. My weight has gone down and back up many times. I'm a 58-year-old woman, 5'6", and right now I weigh 220. I want to get down to 145-150.

Hey, welcome to the group. What made you quit tirzepatide—did you decide to stop, or did it lose its effect?
 
Hello, it's still doing its job, though I've stepped back for a few weeks to give myself a breather. The retatrutide research is what caught my attention, which is why I've been mulling over trying it. Still sitting on the fence, honestly.
