My endo put me on GLP's for diabetes management. Fortunately, staying consistent worked out for me, and now I'm in remission from lifting alone plus proper eating (fiber ahead of carbs to slow digestion, scheduling carb intake around workouts, and using slow-digesting carbs outside that window). Still, I'm glad to find out what benefits are out there!

nice work getting your diabetes under control by changing how you live.

GLP's are going to be a real asset for holding onto the progress you've made. Keeping up that lifestyle requires willpower, and the everyday strain of maintenance builds up as time goes on. It won't get easier. That's exactly where a low dose of glp's comes in handy, they sort of blunt the amount of willpower it takes to protect the effort you've put in.

if you only had about 15 pounds to drop, that might not matter much. But if you're in my situation, keeping off a 100 lb loss turns into a full time job. And even with that, the food noise is over whelming. So glp's just takes the edge off.
