I came across something online about a diet that supposedly lets you drop as much as 10 kg in under 7 days.

Since I'm on Reta, following it is a piece of cake. The plan is basically protein-only for about 4 days, with absolutely no carbs and no fat, so your protein sources are limited to things like chicken breast, egg whites, tuna, or whey protein isolate.

On top of that, you've still got to train in the gym around 2 times, hitting upper and lower body, so you don't burn through muscle. To boost how well the diet works, aim for a minimum of 10,000 steps and as many as 40,000 steps daily. Doing all that while on GLP should be fairly simple, and after just a few days on this diet you'll notice a pretty different look.

I'm not claiming this is a healthy diet. What I am saying is that if, say, I had a photo shoot for a modeling agency and needed to shed weight fast and get a lean, sharp face, this diet would be my pick.

That's ridiculous.

In that window, what you shed is largely muscle glycogen, and you'd probably shift into ketosis. How much comes off depends on your starting weight—roughly 3–8 kg can disappear through glycogen and water alone. The moment carbs return to your meals, those kilograms tend to reappear fast, because glycogen reserves get refilled. If a calorie deficit isn't maintained over a longer stretch, the bulk of what you're dropping is glycogen and water, not meaningful body fat—particularly across a single week.
