Hi all! I came across this place via the bio hacking subreddit. I'm 40 years old, obese, and diabetic, and I'm trying to get my health and body back on track. Over the past few years I've been on prescribed semiglutide and exercising, and I went from 350lbs to 260lbs, but progress has been stuck for months and semi isn't doing what it once did. I recently moved to terz, yet insurance wouldn't pay for it, which is why I'm here now.

Nice work on the progress you've made up to now... this is a solid spot to explore choices. Best of luck as you keep going!

Wow, the progress you've made so far is seriously impressive. It says a lot that you've kept going despite the trouble with insurance. Don't stop now — your goal is within reach. This forum has so much information to offer. Best of luck to you, and Godspeed!
