I realize not everyone will see eye to eye with the ratings I've given, but I'd ask you to keep in mind that they come from my own personal experience.

You're welcome to share your own experiences and opinions as well.

At which doses, and spaced how far apart?....

Also, what's the total time he or she has spent using all of them? Getting findings on 25 separate products seems like something one person would need years to accomplish.

Your ratings line up quite well with what I've found in my own experience. Wolverine (BPC & TB500) erased an injury I'd had for 6 years, and because of that I can now lift as heavy as I did back in my 20's. For that reason I'd give it a 9. Tesa/ipa has worked great for my sleep, so I'd put it at 7 or 8.

Each one followed its standard dosing protocol.
For the non-GLP items you listed, clinical standards for dosing or intervals are basically nonexistent...are you referring instead to what you've come across in other people's anecdotal reports?....

Whenever I add a peptide I haven't tried before to my stack, my approach is to begin at a low dose and work upward: from 'didn't notice anything,' to a noticeable effect, to 'the effects are too much,' and then back down to something that works, assuming the effect itself is desirable...

meh, how much a peptide can do (or not do) varies widely with dose and dosing intervals...it isn't really a binary "worked"..."didn't work" question...Tracking your dosing might give better context for the outcomes you reported....

A number of these peptides did not sit well with me, while with others I saw no effect even after a month or longer.

For me this has been a matter of ruling things out one by one, so that I can run the peptides I rate highest over longer stretches (years).

I'm with you that a lot of peptides lack clinically recommended dosing, so like plenty of others I relied on what the discussion boards generally agreed on.

To be clear: for the peptides where I saw nothing, I raised the dose as high as 2x the recommended (consensus) amount and still got no effect. Going past 2x is something I'd be cautious about, for a few reasons.
