[MOD/ADMIN HELP REQUEST] my IP range may be banned?

Hi guys. My account is obviously in good standing (since I'm posting this message) but I can't connect to the website at all through my home internet connection. I've had to tether to my iPhone to connect, so it seems like my IP range may have gotten banned or something?

Who do I need to talk to? I tried to submit a help request with the "Help" link the lower right, but it said my mesage looked like spam!
 
I deleted the partial IP from your post because it still pretty much points to your home town.

Anyway, there is nothing on our end blocking you.

It sounds like you're coming up against a Cloudflare block or something between your ISP and Cloudflare, especially if Turnstile wouldn't let you send a message.

I have had an issue connecting here when my vpn is on
