Michael is my name and joining the forum has me excited. GLP is new to me and learning more about all the options available is what I look forward to. Getting older means really wanting to focus on my health and body. Everyone's journeys, do's and don'ts, what combinations work best, and successes are all things I'm interested in hearing about. Some friends being made along the way would be great, and helping plus encouraging everyone in the group is something I'm happy to do.
