Greetings, I'm a fresh face on this forum, writing in from Melbourne, Australia.

I've been using Ozempic for some time now — my doctor is excellent and prescribes it because I'm diabetic — yet at 1mg weekly it hasn't delivered much for me. Across a year there's been no meaningful weight reduction, which is why I've gone the grey market route.

My initial order of Tirz arrived this week, so once Janoshik has taken a look, I'll find out how it works out.
