Ah, I neglected to mention that I'll be filtering them prior to use, and I'm currently reading up on filtering. I was thinking about creating labels for the bottles before they go in the freezer, and it occurred to me it might be useful to include the recon/dosing info on those labels.
One tip: put labels on before they go into the freezer. Once mine arrive, I leave them on the bench until I get around to them. There's no need to stress about condensation, and they'll be perfectly okay.

Right, that's exactly what I'm doing. Before I enter everything into the M2 Printer, I want to be certain all the details are right. At the moment they're stored in a cool, dark spot.

When I store something, I also note the name, dose, freeze date, and batch number if there is one, plus the order/received dates and the seller.

The final two matter mostly if a COA turns up any problems.

All of that goes into my spreadsheet; on the vial itself and its cap I only write the size and the source. Going forward, the vial I filter and reconstitute for her will be marked with her name, and the other one with mine, plus the type/size and where it came from. Two vials has always been my approach, though these days our doses differ. A R140 could be my next mix, but just 1 vial. With one at 6mg and the other at 10mg, I figure we each get 8 weeks.
