Kansas, just starting, gone gray

Hi everybody, new to the group and here to learn. GLPs have been my wife's routine for about a year while I am just starting. th cost from a wellness clinic is prohibitive for both of us, so gray is where we have gone—soaking up as much info as I can from the group is the hope.
