Is this vial ok?

R20 just arrived. In one of the vials, the powder is floating at the top, while in the rest it sits at the bottom. Does that matter?

Any help would be appreciated

It seems like the puck may have simply shifted while in transit. It's pretty normal for these to arrive not looking perfect.

Will it drop back down? Can't really say whether there's extra powder in there, which would be somewhat strange.

Yeah, it’s alright. The puck simply moved. Give it a gentle tap against your hand and it’ll settle back down.

It isn't additional powder. It's only what's left from the puck. Alright, that puts me at ease. I appreciate the response!

At times the contents show up shattered within the vial. Those work out just fine too.

It appears to be fine, so go ahead and mix it up, then inject it!

Like others said, it seems the puck has lifted — probably from shipping, not from how it was made. The residue probably means the puck shifted after freeze drying. Give the vial a light tap and the puck will settle down.
