Hey. Ireland here. The mounjaro pen has been my routine for the past year. 45lbs is off. Roughly 25lbs still to go. 2 pens remain. After that the grey market becomes the plan, because those crazy prices won't be getting paid by me. Affordability is what I'm hoping to find, so it can continue long term for maintenance.
