Male, 35 years old, based in Brazil. Weight: 105kg, with a peak of 120kg.

I was on Ozempic for roughly 6 months and dropped around 15kg. Across about 2 years, though, the weight kept coming off and then returning.

Right now I'm not taking anything. I'm doing a slow diet plus exercise.

Weight loss is my main focus. The goal is to reach about 90kg, and the dream is 85kg. My height is about 177cm.

Glad to have you here! Nice work on that first round of weight loss — it gives you a solid base to build on with GLP-1. As I see it, these treatments can do a lot, yet we've got to put in our own effort too! You're going to make it!
