Hi Everyone!
Finding this new community has made my day! Learning and connecting with others is why I'm here. Zepbound has been my medication for a year. 40lbs came off in roughly the first 6 months, then the plateau arrived. Increasing my dosage from 7.5mg to 10mg was the next step, but 10mg simply doesn't agree with me! It left me terribly sick. So the last several months I've stayed on 7.5mg, just holding my weight. Another 30lbs is still the goal though. Hoping other people's experiences will show me a way past this plateau!!
